In a ceremony in Bogotá last week, Colombian President Iván Duque swore in Juan Carlos Pinzón as the new Ambassador of Colombia to the United States.
Ambassador Pinzón's distinguished career has included serving as Colombian Minister of Defense from 2011-2015, and as Colombian Ambassador to the United States from 2015-2017.
